ENERGY PERFORMANCE CERTIFICATES (EPC’S)

It is a legal requirement to have an Energy Performance Certificate for any property that is to be either sold or rented out.

You should obtain a certificate before the property is put on the market. We aim to deliver your EPC to you within 24 hours of an inspection.
