We have got advice, information and access to government funded grants to help homeowners, private tenants and landlords reduce their monthly energy bills, improving property EPC rating thus increasing the value of the property.
What measures are available under these grants?
The exact improvements will depend on your property’s assessment. Not all homes qualify for upgrades, we aim to fully exploit your property’s energy efficiency potential, aiming to improve your EPC rating.

How Do You Qualify?
You may qualify under any one of the following options

Option 1: Benefits
You or anyone in your household must be on any one of the following benefits:
Universal Credit (UC)
Income-based Jobseekers Allowance (JSA)
Income-related Employment and Support Allowance (ESA)
Income Support (IS)
Pension Credit Guarantee Credit (PCGC)
Pension Credit Savings Credit (PCSC)
Housing Benefit
Child Benefit (with dependencies)
Working Tax Credit (WTC)
Child Tax Credit (CTC)

Option 2: LA Flex Scheme
Household income below £31,000
or
Anyone living in the household with a medical condition or any disability.

Option 3: Free Insulation
Must be a homeowner
Property EPC rating D or lower
Council Tax band A to D in England OR A to E in Wales & Scotland

Step 1: Initial Checks
We will carry out initial checks.
Take photographs of the property.
Help you complete the data match form.

Step 2: Survey
A free survey will be arranged for you once initial checks have been completed.
The surveyor will need to take a photo of your utility bill.
If you are a landlord, you will need your tenant’s written approval before survey.
